Year of Folklore (Folklorní rok)
Gives all the fans of folklore and Moravian as well as foreign cultural traditions a great opportunity to discover their beauty in the very centre of Brno.
- Three events held throughout the year.
- In February, Brno Carnival (Brněnský Fašank) fills the streets with dozens of singers and dancers wearing folk costumes and masks.
- The Festival continues in spring with Brno Region Dancing and Singing (Brněnsko tančí a zpívá).
- International Folklore Festival as the big finale after the harvest.
- In cooperation with TIC BRNO, Friends of Folklore in Brno, and other partners.
