Testimonials
“The Dark Blue Festival is an opportunity to unite the seeing and the blind, and to give the public a chance to explore the unique world of the visually-impaired. Every year, TIC BRNO rallies its cooperating organizations to bring new life to the events offered, and comes up with various ways to spread this message further. In doing so, they help educate the public and dispel the prejudices often related to the visually-impaired.”
